Readers of Garfield Ridge, I've been going to the gym lately.
I got a new membership to Gold's Gym back in September, and have been pretty good at keeping up a routine. My main motivation was to prepare for my Festivus feats of strength, but losing a little table muscle along the way was a good secondary perk.
I'm not going to tell you that I've made any great progress-- I've dropped a few pounds, and I've finally discovered that I have biceps (two of them, even!). Mostly, however, the biggest benefit has been an increase in energy, at least when I go regularly. For a definite Type B like myself, that's a big deal.
